Join David duChemin for 7 nights in the beautiful Rajasthani city of Jodhpur for this week-long intensive. The workshop begins in Jodhpur on the evening of March 26th, and ends the evening of April 2nd, with accommodations at a beautiful, historic havelli in the heart of the blue city under the shadow of the Mehranghar Fort. The week will be spent walking the old city, experiencing it’s life, history, and faith at all hours, with camera in hand. You will walk down ancient alleys, be swept away by the kindness and hospitality of strangers, and experience the sensory overload that is India. You’ll also work hard, sweating it out to create a cohesive body of work under David’s guidance and encouragement, but you’ll recover over meals of delicious Rajasthani cuisine and long conversations about art, craft, creativity, and visual language.

The Mentor Series are not workshops for beginners, nor are they city tours. You will come ready to work, to be challenged, to wonder, and to laugh hard. Each workshop will be open to a maximum of 4 participants. To be sure that small group experiences the best dynamics possible, enrollment is on approval only after reviewing a *10-image portfolio and short application form.

*Note: Images need to be 1200-pixels on the long side, and compressed into a .ZIP file - the total file size limit is 10mb.

David is deeply, unapologetically passionate about your photography, and your creative life, and will do whatever he can to help you move further along. This will be a week you never forget.

The Jodhpur Mentor Series Workshop is USD $4,900

Accommodations and meals are included for March 26th through the night of April 1st International and domestic transportation, alcohol, tips, and incidental costs are not included. Complete the online application form and don’t hesitate to get in touch with Corwin Hiebert if you need more information or clarification regarding the terms and conditions outlined in the application.
