Reviews and Comments
  1. I’ve read several of the Craft and Vision ebooks, but never anything in the Print and Process series. As I do winter photography, I decided to buy this one. Wow! There are so many stunning images in this book. While I don’t shoot anything such as the Canadian Rockies, I still managed to pick up a lot of useful tips. The process part of the book was great, and I loved the explanations and info about the various photos.

  2. Stunning photography and well written documentary are things that I’ve come to expect from Darwin based on past books and articles. “Winter in the Canadian Rockies” continues to exemplify Darwin’s incredible work and dedication both to his craft and to helping other photographers on their own journey. Definitely worth purchasing!

  3. The beauty of the photographs combined with practical and technical know how in the book makes it more than necessary for any photographer, landscape or otherwise.

  4. “Winter in the Canadian Rockies” is another book in “The Print and The Process” series by well-known around the web photographer (and not only!) Darwin Wiggett. The e-book contains a large collection of his great images. You will not regret time spent exploring them. Especially if you live Northern Hemisphere and struggle with creative ideas looking at currently snow covered land, this collection can certainly can serve as inspiration and provide many shooting ideas. It also has a bag-full of tips on protecting yourself and using the best of your gear in sub-zero temperatures, but also photographic tips to approach winter landscape. This e-book is a great inspiration and field guide to Canadian Rockies or any other wintery terrain, and it all for just $5. This is just a fragment of the review I wrote on my blog. 5. Darwin Wiggett’s Winter in the Canadian Rockies is both stuningly beautiful but also very educational. Thank you Craft&Vision for bring this to us. Mike Jackson

  6. Great material Darwin. As a fellow rocky mountain photography from just south of you, (i’m a yanky) I must say that you’ve done a nice job putting that piece together. Winter lasts for 7 months in this region yet the photographic window seems to be 3. You’re helping to change all that. I shoot the winter in the rockies and often am asked (including in an interview with me in the upcoming Digital Photography Magazine called, “extreme landscapes”) about gear and exposure. You’ve done a great job with both. Thank you for another fine piece of work. I wish I could say i had done it first . . . but for the states of course! Take care, and watch the slides, it’s a bad year for snow moving off the mountains!
